Managing member of a 6 unit mixed use commercial and long-term accommodation rental business. These residential units are designed to be used as short-term high end housing for military personnel, civilian contractors and seasonal tourists. The original office of CHRISTIAN ANKER INC. is located on the property and is now leased to Aflac Insurance. This Project was designed and built by CHRISTIAN ANKER INC.

Owner and managing member of 5 Acre 138 unit, 32,000 sq.ft, gated ministorage and warehouse facility. The facility was developed and constructed by CHRISTIAN ANKER INC., and is currently seeking financing for expansion on a 2 ½ acre boat and RV storage lot.

President and founder of the Corporation. I incorporated Anderson Enterprises and changed the name of the Construction Company in 1997 to CHRISTIAN ANKER INC.
Country Store Enterprises Inc., Coupeville, WA 1994-2000
Vice president of a small corporate venture which purchased a prime commercial lot in Coupeville, WA. The newly formed corporation hired my construction company (Anderson Enterprises) to build a fuel station from the raw land to turn key. As Vice President, I was instrumental in management and negotiations with employees, fuel suppliers (Chevron) and venders. Our team brought the venture to profitability then sold the business and real estate for a tidy gain. The corporation was dissolved a short time later.

Transitioned from a sub-contractor to a general contractor based out of our home and garage. Managed crew up to five full time carpenters, painters, laborers and cement masons. Became a proficient heavy equipment operator. Projects included spec homes, custom homes, and light commercial projects. We performed our first contract for Washington State Parks, which was a public restroom or (Comfort station) in Deception Pass State Park.

Owner and Captain of commercial fishing vessel & Limited Entry Permit in Alaskan waters for Salmon and Herring. Expertise in maritime navigation. Responsibilities included negotiations with seafood processors, maintenance of marine gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and refrigeration systems, as well as the lines and commercial fishing gear. Yearly organization and logistics of outfitting a crew for a harsh Alaskan environment.

Formed a partnership with a fellow co-worker and went into the sub- contracting business. Jobs included framing custom homes and apartments on Whidbey Island.

Worked on a production foundation, framing and siding crew building custom homes. Became a proficient carpenter

Learned retail, customer service, cashiering, and all day-to-day operations of a service station
